I was informed that a replacement battery for my F36 Coupe would cost £316.52, but during installation I was told that a software update was needed at an additional cost of £125. This was unfortunate but Samantha Wright kept me well informed.

My misaligned bonnet was fixed but the mechanic failed to carry out a full post repair inspection as the bonnet seal was badly protruding on the nsf and looks unsightly. Needs fixing under warranty asap

Everything was a smooth process, however the only thing I wish I had known was about the new 25 plate car registrations. If I had waited an extra day my car would have been a 25 plate however I was unaware at the time so I wish this was communicated

Easy to book car in (for small service + MOT plus recall issues on heat exchanger and airbag). All dealt with efficiently. Tyre identified as needing changing soon, so quickly booked in for that by the very efficient Samantha Wright.

Very good. I get a health check which is always a good thing. I waited as I live a long distance away. I was offered coffee and biscuits and not forgotten about. My car was returned clean and as expected.

My Nextbase dashcam was left disconnected which I wasn't made aware of resulting in it not working for a number of days before I noticed and rectified it. This would have been disastrous in the event of an accident during that period.

When I booked the recall I was told the work would be completed in 90 minutes. I confirmed the appointment one week ahead to be told it would take 2hrs. On arrival I was told it would take 2.5hrs, but I could save 30 mins by not having the car washed

Service is pretty poor since Sytner took over the dealership. Really poor communication, repeated phone calls chasing people to phone me back etc. Dropped car off at 8.30 so they could start early, but they didn't touch my car until the end of day.

Eventually they made a complimentary payment regarding the extreme inconvenience I suffered because of the 'apparent' unavailability of Oil required for the special service of my M4. I only discovered this when I called the day before service .
